“I have received my dehydrator however it doesn't work. It took a few calls to get in touch with someone, first call and no one rang me back. Second call a very happy lady helped me to get the dehydrator returned and is organising another one (at the time of the call that will take 6 weeks) to me. I am hoping that the next dehydrator I receive works!”

“Vitality 4 Life provided excellent customer service when it was apparent my gift with purchase was missing from the package (they promptly sent it); and when the machine had a fault, they were extremely quick to provide a replacement machine (the next day) as well as collect the old one. Very happy with the online quick chat feature as well.”

“Recently we bought a dehydrator where we are very happy with. However I have some reservations: we bought a blender from Vitality 4 Life and the blender stopped working after about one and a half years. We got the blender replaced without any problems, so that was very positive. However when the replacement blender operates it has a melting plasticy smell. First I thought that may be because it's a new machine, but now the melting plastic smell is still there as soon as we operate the machine. We make sure there is as little load on the machine as possible, we run it only with the 35 second button and let it then cool down, but still I have the feeling something is not quite right with the blender.”

“I am so happy with this product. It works brilliantly. It is quiet and when the job is done, it switches off automatically. Genius! I do a lot of dehydrating, and I don't know how I did it before without this amazing dehydrator. It has made life sooo much easier for me. Thanks guys for designing such a wonderful product. I am grateful not to be dehydrating with plastic.”
