“Great product. Only issue was there were no instructions to say the missing parts were in hidden away in the top of sauna”

“I am sorry to say that the return of emails is very slow. I had to send a few emails and eventually asked if no one wanted my money I would go elsewhere. When I did talk to someone she was lovely but getting hold of someone to talk to is difficult. I gather you are swamped with orders so I would suggest you needed more than one person to answer emails and make phone calls. However, we have not got the product we wanted and it works well.”

“I’ve only used the dehydrater for a day and it runs quietly and I’m really happy with it so far... however I had to get an electrician in as the element was not sitting in its mounting and stopped the fan from turning....all is well now and I think it’s going to be great ... it would have been good to have had 10 of the non stick sheets and mesh to have a complete set ...am I able to purchase these separately?”
