“My dehydrator arrived within 10 days a lot earlier than expected. Really pleased with the Savanah it's easy to operate and clean and it does a great job! Thank you”

“Atrocious customer service. Ignored me for over one month when I tried to cancel order and ask when my refund would be processed. Every time I made contact, they seemed surprised, then would stop answering me. Finally they claimed to be confused by my query. Terrible communication breakdown on company behalf. This company takes no responsibility, poor communication and customer service quite rude”

“This is a great Juicer, I started juicing 2 months ago when I got hold of a cheap centrifugal machine, It lasted for about 6 weeks of daily juicing until the motor started smoking, it was cheap garbage. While the Boichef Axis compact is the least expensive juicer Vitality 4 life sells, it is still great quality, easy to clean, and put together. Compared to the centrifugal it is also very quiet. I recommend this Juicer to anyone who wants great quality and really good tasting Juice.”

“The website is easy to use, payment was easy and delivery lightning fast. We bought the cheapest horizontal slow juicer on the site and not sure I can recommend that, there is considerable movement of the attachment when the auger works.”

“not much to say other than being hugely disappointed. i ordered and paid for a dehydrator over 4 weeks ago. received an email much later saying no stock?? despite being available. Was offered a refund which i accepted. No refund received. have had several emails since saying the item to be shipped with no shipping date?? i am waiting for my refund”

“Very excited to receive our Kalahari 16 Tray Dehydrator but, disappointed when we unpacked it and noticed that the top fan was not installed - lying loose on the bottom of the unit. The local staff was very accommodating and allowed self-repairs without compromising the warranty after I submitted photos - 4 out of 5 for them. A bit concerning over the quality of the product when trying to remove the back panel to install the fan - some screws were just turning around without coming out. Noticed that they were all zinc-plated screws. Not the best when used on stainless as the stainless is not very forgiving. Expected more when considering the price of the unit. Hopefully, we will now enjoy trouble-free use of the unit”

“Bought this dehydrator online, said it was in stock, turned out it wasn’t. Which in NZ consumer laws is illegal. Now coming up to a month and I still don’t have it.”

“I like everything about my new food dehydrator. Except the loud beeps. Why on earth need it be deafeningly loud? And as it switched itself off in the night, I had to endure something like 18 loud beeps before it finally stopped. Surely 3 beeps would be sufficient if deemed necessary at all. Otherwise, easy to use, the racks slide in/out easily, and best of all my first experiment of dried feijoas is a success!!”

“Received my 9tier Food Dehydrator this week and straight away filled with fruit and dried overnight. Very impressed with outcome, booklet is helpful. About to dry veges and looking forward to end result. Can't give 5stars until used long term.”
