“Product very good, chat good, telephone answering pathetic, delivery very slow.”

“Very poor product quality. Two different dehydrators. Faulty when first arrived long story short took 5 weeks to get things straight. And still have ended up with a very poor quality dehydrator for premium price. $479 on site. Thin stainless steel. Control panel lifted first time used, just glued down. Not up to standard of other products I have from biochef.”

“Prompt delivery of our new Brighton Zen sauna. Everyone is envious and impressed with the design and price and wood smell. We love our wee red booth in our back porch and enjoy the warmth and relief we have after each sauna. Great customer service. Thanks Vitality 4 life team”

Hello Diann, Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy using your VibroSlim. If your back is feeling uncomfortable after using the machine, there are many things you can do before, and during use, to prevent this from happening. Before using your vibration, gentle stretching to warm up your body and your muscles can make all the difference! Make sure that knees are soft and bent when standing on the machine and switch to seated, or squatted positions to take pressure away from the spine. You can also lay on the floor, cushion behind the head, knees bent, feet on unit and raise hips to switch on your core muscles. The vibration machine can actually assist with strengthening your back muscles, which can help to alleviate back pain. Please don't hesitate to get in touch again if you need any further assistance.
