“I brought my treadmill from them instead of Amazon because of their customer service team. I sent them several email regarding their products and they answered promptly. My treadmill arrived in excellent condition. I would recommend them.”

“Very prompt service. Ordered online on the Sunday & it came the following Tuesday. Unfortunately the remote control didn’t work, but following an e-mail to customer support, a new one was sent out immediately.”

“Excellent customer service. I had a question about the water distiller that I was thinking about buying, and received a prompt and thorough response. I forgot to order extra filters, and was able to phone and have these added on to the original order. I then had a couple of queries post purchase, which were also dealt with straight away. It is unusual these days to buy on-line and still receive such customer care.”

“You would get more but your customer service is not very helpful and arrogant. Your website does not have good product descriptions and photos of the parts, which are a very important element for a smooth purchase from your state. And you try to calculate shipping costs separately for each part, and this is tragic”

“Tracy Veenendaal, UK Manager, has reminded me that brilliant, efficient and kind customer service is not a relic of the past. I need to prepare daily juices for my wife for medical reasons. When two parts of our now-discontinued Oscar 900 broke, Tracy was able to secure new replacements for us quickly. Her caring and competence are truly appreciated.”

“I found Vitality 4 Life an excellent company to deal with. They were very prompt to answer any of my questions prior to buying my distiller. And the unit was delivered the next day. I just wish I had waited a few days before buying it as they had a sale soon after. Happy customer😃”

“I am sorry to say my order was cancelled, because Vitality do not post to Northern Ireland. this is due the the sea border and not having a EORI number. My reason for me making a purchase was because they have a great warranty. I also have to say customer service was very good and i was refunded very quickly.”

“The juicer result was not what I expected it to be. It does not worked well with fruits that has got lots of fibres like mango and oranges, these fibres seem to get stuck at the bottom of the filter and very difficult to clean it out even after soaking it for a few hours. The juice produced is not clear but more of a smoothie type. Should specify this as smoothie or blending machine rather than juicer. Also the customer telephone service is not very helpful, just instruct me to write or email the problem I encountered which I didn't bother do as I am not very happy with the service. Otherwise the delivery is good”

“Nice looking machine. Very sturdy and fancy. Does the job it is built for however I am not very impressed with the pulp as I expected it to be very dry compared to the price of the machine but its not. Secondly, it says to put whole fruit in it please don't as my carrot got stuck and the machine stopped working on day 2 of usage. I went through a lot to open it so please cut the fruits into smaller sizes before juicing. Too pricy.”

“The product is definately solid in construction and looks like the picture on the website. It is definately functional, but the glide of the reformer is not as smooth as advertised it is a little bumpy and makes a noise...Im hoping this will improve with wear. The instructions for putting it together are terrible; a series of dark photos and no mention of which particular bolts/hardware go where. There are a few design flaws as far as converting the trapeze to tower or vice versa: In order to place the flatbed you need to remove the jump board plate. The flat bed is really heavy and awkward to lift. The foot bar (for use with reformer) does not fold down all the way as the trapeze frame prevents it. This impacts use of the push-through bar, so you need to remove the foot bar when ussing the trap. as well. So conversion during a session is not practical. The push through bar is really heavy and has an additional cross bar which limits versitility. All the springs are short so bottom sprining the push-through bar is difficult. The risers for the reformer ropes are stationary and so even though the ropes can be lowered when using the trap. the risers limit the width of the trap frame. I am used to another brand of Pilates equipment but have to say that this brand is a lot less expensive. So maybe you get what you pay for? I was going to order more Pilates equipment from here but based on my dissapointments expressed here I will not. I must add that the delivery guy, Mustang was excellent and so helpful.”
