“We haven’t had a chance to enjoy our product yet, the item was faulty and blew all the fuses 4 times, as requested we returned the product and have heard nothing since. Not very good customer service.”

“This is the second auger-type juicer I have purchased. Gave the first to my youngest son who juices every morning. The main body of the juicer is good quality but I find the attachments are made of low grade plastcics. Overall, the performance of the juicer is very good and time will tell how well the attachments do. Thank you”

“The order arrived on time . My inly issues are that no one answers the phone line , having tried several times and left messages - but no response. I have purchased a bio slow juicer but the yellow washer seems bent and not flush”

“I had several wrong parts in my machine, and the 2 yellow springs were of different tension. The machine clearly fell off the production line, and I can only conclude that it was a returned machine and peiced together then sent to me. I am returned machine and have been waiting a whole week at home, yet they still organise pick up. Still waiting for it to be picked up. Very annoyed”

“I have had this for almost a month now and it just working amazingly well so far especially with celery juice which what I purchased it for mainly. I have however, tried out on other juices like orange juice this also comes out well but I was slightly disappointed with pineapple juicing. I noticed that there weren’t much pulp squeezed out and a lot of juice was stuck inside. Noise is very very low compared to other brand gadgets. Anyway like I said I’ve only just got this product, so I still need more trials. But so far 10/10 and considering this brand in the future.”
