“Everything's fine. There was same misunderstanding, because the shop have written, that I should receive an email confirmation of the order and a link to track the progress. Instead of it, they just sent the package without any information. It took a week and a half to get my package (I'm from Poland, so it took a while to get the package from the UK) and I've been bothering about it, as I paid in advance and had no information about the order.”

“Was really impressed by the order delivery speed - it was dispatched and delivered on the same day. However the order confirmation and updates by email were late and not very accurate. When I got an SMS from the delivery company I had no idea it was from my order. In summary, I liked and became a customer.”
