“Since my last colonoscopy, the doctor mentioned to me that I need to start taking more fiber, and even though I'm a vegetarian, that's what she felt. So I started doing some research and found this product sold by vital planet and it's been very comfortable to take a tablespoon of this in the morning before breakfast or on an empty stomach anytime during the day. So for me it's all systems go and until some better product comes along I'm gonna stick with Brenda and vital planet.”

I was hoping to change out the refrigerated for the non-refrigerated. I never heard from them. In fact, still haven't received a response. I take a scoop in a empty stomach , wait 30 minutes and take fomatadine . And 1 before bed . I did this for 2 weeks. Now I take it only in the morning. I have to say I tottaly withdraw one medications .
