“I had IBS and went to the health food store here in Mobile. I asked the clerk where the help for irritable bowel syndrome shelf was. she told me that everything was spread around the store. It turned out her mother had IBS and took vital gut. I decided to give it a try. As long as I stayed on the FODMAP diet, took my pantaprozole for GERD and my Vital Gut powder, I was in good shape. Since I continue all these things, I'm not sure which one works to keep me well. I occasionally eat something I shouldn't and pay for it with runs to the bathroom!
