“I was asked to buy this product for my mother as she trusts is very much. Before I buy I wanted to know how fast is the shipping because I was staying in Airbnb house and leaving within the next 4 days. It was not possible to know the shipping method before the order. So I placed the order and paid $40. After two days I received the email that has the tracking number, only to find out that I will leave before the delivery. THE WORST PART: it was impossible to know the order status from your website, it was impossible to create an account on your website, it was impossible to change any thing.
Eventually: no, I left before I could get my package.
