“Vitamin Grocer AU is a deceptive name. You’re not Australian and not based in Australia. Having to wait weeks for my order to be shipped from the US was annoying and the delay wasn’t apparent until the order was placed. I won’t be buying from you again.”

“I ordered from Vitamin grocer assuming my order would come from Australia since it’s an Australian site. This was not the case. I placed my order on 7/1 and it arrived today from the U.S. I won’t be using the site again. If I wanted to order things from the U.S I wouldn’t bother using an Australian site. Pointless.”

“No doubt you offer an excellent service but I couldn't get your website to accept my order! After half an hour of reporting codes- no luck- identifying cross walks- no luck- and adding 1 plus 2- no luck- I've emailed a friend who uses your website no problem and asked him to buy for me. Please get your website creator to attend to this. You may be losing many like me.”
