“Great product but it takes a very long time to be delivered to Australia. The postmark on the package is Australian so I wonder if it is delivered to an Australian site and then forwarded from there. Whatever, it is a problem.”

“I would suggest you wait until you've confirmed the customer has received their product before asking for a review. Most people are OK with some delay in receiving an item when being shipped from overseas, but it is annoying for them to get asked to leave a review if they've not even got the product yet.”
