“Very slow delivery”

“For the 2nd time (fool me twice shame on me) I’ve been burned by a bad product description. I actually bought the flavored kids melatonin that has gluten in it. Product description describes normal melatonin (which is gluten free). It’s just anoying. The image shows the label but is so small on a smart phone it can’t be seen until - surprise the wrong one arrives in the post. Money down the drain.”

“Honestly, I have purchased this product from overseas suppliers before and I have always found it good, however, Vitamin Grocer, being an Australian site, I made the silly move of asauming it had product in Australia. Wrong. Very wrong. Shipped from USA and took over a month to receive. So honestly, I won't purchase through VG again.”

“Really good ordering systems, as usual the problem is with delivery. Vitamin Grocer needs to get better connected to its delivery systems as customers don't measure success based on when you got things "out the door" but when the customer got things "in the door"”
