“Products were very good and had been ordered before. Delivery was much slower than indicated.”

“I have been quite disappointed actually. Firstly it took longer than expected to get here and it doesn’t work. It takes a while to get to sleep and then I only sleep for a sort time and then I don’t get back to sleep for 2-3 hours. I started taking 5 mgs, as I had tried 4 mgs, 2 x2mg tablets, prior to ordering from you, so I thought 5mgs would be plenty. After a few nights it wasn’t working so I’m now taking 1 1/2 tablets. Maybe tonight I will try 10mgs which sounds excessive. It then becomes double the cost.”

“Vitamin Grocer is great value for money but delivery times to New Zealand can take months in some cases. In addition my last order I ordered and pain for 2 bottles of melatonin, all paperwork on the package said 2 bottles, however I received only 1 bottle. Not sure I can continue to use Vitamin Grocer at this rate.”

“I would not be able to give a review, unfortunately the melatonin I ordered never arrived. My tracking said the shipment was sent by you but it never arrived to me. I tried ringing multiple courier departments within DHL and each department placed blame on the next. I would have loved to try these to help my son sleep at night but I am now too nervous to purchase another order incase that one doesn’t arrive too. I do not place any blame on your company I know this is the fault of the courier service. I am sorry I couldn’t be more helpful 😞”
