“A month after placing my order, I am still waiting for delivery. Why is this taking so long?”

“It seems that the product was despatched in a timely manner. However the shipping company DHL was utterly pathetic. My delivery was in my city for two weeks before it got to me. I would never recommend this supplier due to its transport choicess.”

“FRAUD The product was clearly advertised as being 10 mg for each of the gummies being sold but when I received the bottles they are marked as 10 mg per serving and a serving is 2 gummies. I believe this is fraudulent behaviour.”

“service with initial order was great, freight and wait time horrible. ive checked in a few time to chase up but been fobbed off to the freight company. if you are going to use a courier company you need to be responsible for the delivery and service. it is now a month, according to the connote, the goods has been sitting in australia since 29/1 and no further update has been done.”

“I ordered simple pills from this company nearly 6 weeks ago, only to then find out they were shipped by snail mail from the East Coast of the US. As at 23 December they have not arrived, forcing me to buy more expensive product from a local pharmacy. You promote yourself as as Australian supplier, then make customers wait while you find your product 5000 miles away!”
