There aren't enough adjectives to describe the superb co-operation I experienced dealing with Vivid Care. Tentative enquiries involving Maxine were dealt with sympathetically, expertly and professionally, with no hint of pressure selling or empty promises. Our chair was delivered on time by an engineer who brought the chair indoors and made sure we knew how to use it - his insight was awesome. Well done to an exceptional UK company - the chair shouts quality and our carers oozed envy while using it.

I recently bought a Liftup with a handle to raise the chair. I changed my mind and exchanged to a power lift. When I got the chair, the remote control did not work. It took a long time and effort, using the correct screw driver, to find that the battery was flat. When it was replaced the remote worked. I am now happy with the chair.

I was able to have a teams assessment meeting for the provision of the Lento R/R chair for a client of mine in hospital. The subsequent quote was prompt and following my order the chair was delivered within 2 weeks, very pleased with service.

My sister has a Lento chair which needed some adjustments a very helpful young man came to do the job he was very helpful and was a first class worker. I can certainly recommend this company top class service from all departments.

I bought my Lento riser recliner from Vivid Care because I had had dealings, of a smaller kind, previously and I knew they could be trusted with my ever-decreasing abilities after 60+ years of arthritis. I was not wrong. From Maxine, who dealt with my initial enquiry (always helpful and patient and friendly: never at all pushing) through the delivery guys who set it up, Natalie who sorted a service for me (probably unnecessary as nothing wrong but after over a year I wanted to be sure) to the lovely, very competent, helpful, kind young man who did the servicing, everything was good and reassuring.

What an amazing service. Zoe contacted us to let us know the Knaresborough Road store is closing. She remembered that we had expressed an interest in a bed. My 94 year old mother and I went to the store and David was amazingly patient and helpful in Zoe's absence on holiday. He was keen that she got the right bed for her - in the same way Zoe had taken pains when a chair was chosen. We have dealt with an alternative provider for both these items and they had to be sent back. My very particular choosy mother is extremely satisfied with her current purchases

You were great in working out what would work best for my brother. He and his carers love the new wheelchair. But the delay in the manufacture of the wheelchair was a huge problem, made worse by them not keeping us up to date with delays in manufacturing. But you did all you can to find out what the situation was.

As an Occupational Therapist, Vivid Care have been good to work with on different occaisions. They are always quick to respond and helpful during product demonstration visits. David Jordan even went the extra mile with a query we had, sharing a video after the visit.

Very prompt phone service no waiting in queue. Engineer came the next day for repair urgently needed. Excellent contact during repair. Shame everything is so expensive but I guess that’s the nature of disability.

Your response with regard to breakdown of rise recline seating was very good and the engineer who attended was excellent. Again, when requesting information on alternate seating available through Vivid was good.
