“we visited your company in Harrogate yesterday, 22nd March, and Mr Gary Hornsby-Shawe provided my husband and I with an outstanding service. I have primary progressive MS and he was attentive, knowledgeable, provided us with very helpful information and spent over an hour answering our questions and allowing us to try various suitable options. “A very friendly and helpful Company, who went the extra mile when helping my husband to select the correct wheelchair. The staff at Yorkshire Care have great expertise in their field and they are also excellent at putting nervous customers (as in my husband's case!) at ease. They did a marvellous job in equipping my husband with the right wheelchair for his needs and have also been extremely kind and helpful to me, too. I would not hesitate to recommend the Company to anyone seeking the best.”

“I purchased an electric wheelchair via Yorkshire Care Equipment, and I have recently had its yearly service done by them. Brilliant service on both occasions - the contact I had with them and the visits from them showed real care and kindness, and I always feel they are very approachable and helpful.”

“We purchased a chair for my Mum who has Alzheimers. The item was a shop display chair which we went to see in Harrogate ,we had travelled from Sheffield. The chair was as described and we are totally 100% happy. The salesman Gary showed us around the shop looking at other styles and designs. We decided on the chair we originallycome for and took it home with us that day. The service was second to none and if we needed anything else it would be worth our while to go and have a look there . Thank You Gary”

“My elderly mother's rise and recline chair had stopped working - I emailed Yorkshire care who responded with an apology for a slight delay replying. An engineer was booked speedily and the chair repaired. All quite pain free.”

“We were on holidays in Yorkshire and we needed to hire a wheelchair after our son had an accident. Yorkshire Care Equipment couldn't have been more helpful to us. We are very grateful - the wheelchair enabled our family to get out and about on our holiday. Thank you for trusting us to return it. We were very impressed with this firm. :-)”

“I'm a quadriplegic driver and needed a new 'drive from' powerchair. John Hulbert and his back-up team couldn't have been more accomodating to my exacting demands. John listened carefully to my requirements and did a lot of work seeking out and then bringing to my home a suitable variety of chairs for me to try out 'in situ', something especially useful in that this enabled me to test the chairs under precisely the conditions I needed it for. He then made all the adjustments needed to provide the complete article.”
