When I have purchased equipment from Yorkshire Care, whether large or small, I have every confidence that any issue will be resolved quickly and courteously. Two of the best things about this company are their knowledgeable staff and their after-sales service. They never disappoint.

I recently worked alongside Padraig to find a chair that would accomodate the multiple needs of a lady with MND. Padraig took such time and patience achieving a perfect fit which even took into account the likely progression of her condition. This was all done at very short notice so i think your admin staff did a bit of work rescheduling Padraigs diary too Unfortunately I was unable to attract funding but my client lathough disappointed did sy that she had had a lovely day at Yorkshire Care

They were able to accommodate a visit in a short time frame, the rep really knew the equipment that was available and was quick to send me a quote and action the referral

I was impressed with the fact that Steve Ellis made special arrangements so that an assessment could take place in Warrington at 16:00. I appreciated the fact that this involved Steve travelling a fair distance after a days work to get home. The assessment with the Raizer was very professional and Steve was happy for others in the family to try out the equipment. Thank you Yorkshire Care.

Tom Hulbert explained everything clearly and logically and demonstration quite inspiring so persuaded hospital to buy one asap and has been in use ever since

waitred 3 weeks then told on morning of assessment that item not available so getting it from elsewhere
