Good quality, friendly coustomer service. The problem comes when you have to return it, because the postage to UK is very expensive.

The jacket was nice and great quality but too large even as a small. I returned the item and the refund is taking forever! Never known a company to take this long.

Hello Fay, I am sorry your refund is taking a while, we are going through them as quickly as we can. We have spoken about this and refunds take up to 15 working days (as on the website) once they have passed through quality checks on receipt this end as you know:-)

The quality of the swim robe was great but you got the sizing very wrong, for larger robes you need to increase the arm length significantly and proportionally. For a robe, oversized arm length is more important than too short, especially as this would make it warmer. My experience of the returns process is very poor, I returned the robe (due to the short arms) the day after it was delivered, but 10 days later and was still waiting for my refund, this has prevented me ordering another robe as I need my money back. Any reasonable clothing company should be able to turn around returns quickly, so I'd recommend you partner with a larger clothing delivery or warehousing company so you can resolve your process bottlenecks. In the end I did get my money back and also some complimentary vouchers for my trouble.

Hello Keith, thank you for your feedback which we take on board. Returns are received by us and then checked for quality which can take a couple of days. Refunds are then processed within 15 working days as on the website.

I have ordered from Vivida on two occasions now. Both times, the items I purchased were perfect, the communication was great, the delivery times were amazing, and the service was awesome, making from ordering from New Zealand easy! Nic, Wellington, NZ

Quality of product not quite what I expected and it runs quite large. All of this is manageable, but went through a cumbersome return request process only to find it costs $68 to return by mail an item that costs $85, which makes no sense for me. I strongly urge overseas customers to inquire about return policy and cost before purchasing anything from Vivida. A waste of money and product for me. And never heard from customer service on this matter.

We advised that you did not need to send your order back by a courier but that we did suggest it was by registered post. I have tried and tried to get a reply from you so I can return two items to date I have not heard from you. I now have two items I cannot use and I am £90.00 out of pocket, unless this is resolved I would never recommend your company to anyone.

Hello Margaret We received a message from you on the 13th December at 12.26pm which we replied to at 3.04pm on the same day. WeI directed you to our Returns page on our website where you can start your return automatically. As you had not replied we assumed all was okay. We also replied to you yesterday, again to the same email address, within the same thread. If you have any further issues please email us back on that thread and we can go from there.

Love the products, first time in years (or life?) I m not scared of loosing my bikini when jumping in the water while also feeling sexy! Also got my second poncho after buying my first one ten years ago, and I love the new additions from the zip pocket to the holes on the side to slide your hands and get changed smoothly.

I love the vibe of this shop. I love the sustainability side and the active feel of their clothes. The prints are beautiful and there is obvious thought, care and passion that goes into their creation. Customer service is on point and returns are easy. However, after ordering several items from Vivida I’m super sad to say that they just aren’t size inclusive. I’m a size 8-10 on top and 10-12 on bottom - I ordered large in everything and there was just zero coverage and not nearly enough material to even sit right on my chest - I even went back to check that I hadn’t somehow ordered a child’s bikini by accident. I wish they had designs that fit “larger”/“curvier” shapes but for now at least I would advise that if you are any larger than a 4-6 then be prepared for everything to be too small.

Hello there, thank you for your feedback. I can see that you ordered our older range of swimwear (our first) for which we would advise sizing up (I know this range only went up to a L). Our current range, which also includes some Hermosa style bikinis, is definitely more true to size. Some of the range also includes larger sizes all due to our customer experiences and Vivida wanting to be more inclusive for everyone. Hopefully you'll give the new range a go too:-)

Good quality materials - sadly both items I purchased did not suit or fit quite right so returned both. Customer service always good. *be aware of shipping charges * I recognise that buying clothing online is at my risk of the items not fitting, but it's always disappointing to pay 2 lots of shipping to receive and then to return and not have purchased anything. So be sure you're highly likely to want items before you buy 😉
