“Extremely comfortable changing robe. Keeps me warm and dry. Tested it on an extremely cold and windy day, I have to admit I was as cozy as having a weighted blanket sipping soup in front of the telly.”

“Item took a long time to arrive, had to pre-order it, shich considering it's basically just a toweling robe, I found surprising. Have to say for the money, I don't think the quality is that great. Sorry but there it is...”

While we find the microfibre material is the absolute best at wicking away water and drying quickly, we understand that sometimes a product may not be your perfect fit. “The Vivida poncho towel I purchased was very nice but I felt hugely discouraged by the fact a few days later I found the exact same towel for sale on Amazon for less than half the price and with free delivery and free returns. Paid to return this one and bought from Amazon instead! Also despite Vivida advertising that they offer free postage on their returns label they don’t, I had to pay for both delivery and return postage. Vivida customer service weren’t particularly helpful when I pointed this out. A bit ‘oh well’. Due to that I wouldn’t recommend buying direct from them, shop around, their products when bought direct from them are clearly overpriced.”

“These towelling robes were gifts for our teenage grandchildren who were absolutely delighted with them. Very well thought out design, with the front pocket and zipped compartment for valuables. A really good buy for holidays and so many other occasions when they swim.”

“The quality of my swim coat is fantastic. The service I had from Kerry was flawless. I ordered the wrong size and they dispatched the right size coat once I had send a photograph of the mailing slip to return the original on. So happy with quality and service. Thank you.”
