“I have tried and tried to get a reply from you so I can return two items to date I have not heard from you. I now have two items I cannot use and I am £90.00 out of pocket, unless this is resolved I would never recommend your company to anyone.”

Hello Margaret We received a message from you on the 13th December at 12.26pm which we replied to at 3.04pm on the same day. WeI directed you to our Returns page on our website where you can start your return automatically. As you had not replied we assumed all was okay. We also replied to you yesterday, again to the same email address, within the same thread. If you have any further issues please email us back on that thread and we can go from there.

Hello Lillemor - this parcel has now been delivered (Wednesday 18th) - please check your tracking if you do not have it yet as it has been delivered to a locker/collection point.

“I ordered two items and waited for weeks but they never arrived. Then I contacted customer support - they were very nice but they could not trace the package so I ended up canceling the order. A pity because the products look really great!”

Hello Marianne, I am sorry you have needed to leave a negative review. As you know we tried to contact DPD at the time but they were slow in replying. I know you where on a deadline but I did also offer to re-ship the parcel for you and refund your shipping. I hope that you will come back to us in the future.

“Beautiful wetsuit, but only made for tiny people. Should have ordered a XS according to the size chart, ordered a M and it was still waaay to tiny. Super super super disappointed!!”
