“Vivida lifestyle changing robes are great for after swimming - they are roomy and absorbent and the slits on the side are brilliant for helping you get changed underneath them. However, they are so expensive these days I can’t fully recommend them as the price does not represent value for money. Also, it’s not clear how they are ‘eco’ or how they they fit with the Vivida lifestyle ethos they promote, as they are made from micro fibre which is not a sustainable product, is it?”

Thank you for your comments and we are sorry that you do not feel the price is quite right. Unfortunately, we have had to increase our prices to match rising manufacturing costs. It's not our favourite thing to do. We are also working on a more eco-friendly solution for our poncho towel fabics so please keep checking back.

“The jacket was nice and great quality but too large even as a small. I returned the item and the refund is taking forever! Never known a company to take this long.”

Hello Fay, I am sorry your refund is taking a while, we are going through them as quickly as we can. We have spoken about this and refunds take up to 15 working days (as on the website) once they have passed through quality checks on receipt this end as you know:-)

“The quality of the swim robe was great but you got the sizing very wrong, for larger robes you need to increase the arm length significantly and proportionally. For a robe, oversized arm length is more important than too short, especially as this would make it warmer. My experience of the returns process is very poor, I returned the robe (due to the short arms) the day after it was delivered, but 10 days later and was still waiting for my refund, this has prevented me ordering another robe as I need my money back. Any reasonable clothing company should be able to turn around returns quickly, so I'd recommend you partner with a larger clothing delivery or warehousing company so you can resolve your process bottlenecks. In the end I did get my money back and also some complimentary vouchers for my trouble.”

Hello Keith, thank you for your feedback which we take on board. Returns are received by us and then checked for quality which can take a couple of days. Refunds are then processed within 15 working days as on the website.

“Item took a long time to arrive, had to pre-order it, shich considering it's basically just a toweling robe, I found surprising. Have to say for the money, I don't think the quality is that great. Sorry but there it is...”

While we find the microfibre material is the absolute best at wicking away water and drying quickly, we understand that sometimes a product may not be your perfect fit. “Having found a coat that I liked, ordered and paid for only to then receive a 10% discount code which was applied post-purchase you can imagine my disappointment to be then told that no discount code could be applied to this particular coat.”
