“I have travelled dozens of times with them ! They can be good to bad and hotels vary in quality too !
Some trips are good others erratic I fell ill in Mexico City and thr tour left without me ! I had to take private taxi to catch up !
In Cyprus the hotel had poor roads with no night light and walking I fell on an obstruction in dark and got paid 200 pounds for a wound on my elbow and hand that spoilt the entire holiday !
Their tour guides are okay but unable to control the rude and annoying travellers !
I have found some tours excellent like Turkey and Egypt !
It’s not improved but worsened over years like most businesses !”
