“I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need.”
