“VLE Bazaar is a fraud company. I had ordered a printer for which I had paid in advance. I kept following up for over a month, and apart for waiting for about 15-20 minutes for someone to come on the line, every time I got different reasons for delay for the item's delivery. Finally, I had to send to them a legal notice through an advocate (Rahuul Dhamija) when VLE finally refiuded my money. Advise people not to place any order on VLE Bazaar.”
“I bought a product which said there are two items in the package. But i got only one. I already made the unboxing video and forwarded to them the same. Firstly they don't reply on the mail or they don't acknowledge it. secondly when we call on their customer care, the GTA SAN ANDREAS game tone plays and then they answer. They always say what's the problem, upload a photo, to which i say i already sent a video to your mail, see that first. Then they say they will revert back in 24 hours which never happened. Everyday since 10 days i am calling them on regular basis but no help is given. Avoid such sites.

“Very worst and third rated fraudulent website. Never ever place any order. It is peculiar website with no option to view for the orders we place. I have placed an order by paying the full amount on Jan 8 th 2024. I ve got a confirmation mail immediately but thereafter even after 20 days there is no communication from the site regarding the despatch. Whenever I call the customer support it ll make me to wait for 15 to 20 minutes stating that you are in queue and your waiting list number is 20. After such a long wait the customer care person will collect all the order and ID details and ask us to hold on the call for several minutes and then cut off the call without any update. Whenever you call again the same delaying tactics will be adopted and the same thing will be repeated. My mail regarding the refund is also ignored with no option for a reply.”
