“I had initially ordered on Aug2022. But not properly delivered and returned back by the courier. After that I was struggling to get the phone ordered but after various discussions and adding further amount the material was delivered after about 15 months back. No response. I was very much upset. I have not seen such as worst company in my life.
Finally instead of Real me 5G phone, they have supplied Redmi 11 lite which do not compatible for 5G. The cost difference is around 3000 cheated and supplied inferior catergory of phone and it is not worth to the amount paid.
Request the new customers not to turn in this company as not only loose money and make mentally disturbed. It is very difficult after payment to get the materials equivalent to the money paid which is not justified in any way.

Strict action should be taken by the govt. against the company so that common mans' faith in online marketing is maintained.
