“Fraud website. I have order one item in their website. They does not have cash on deliver option. I had a doubt and but order only one because of low price. The order was not delivered after 3 weeks also but the amount was deducted. I have called their customer care number but no one answered the call. I have raised tickets in they websites no response. So finally i lost money. So please dont buy in this websites. Recently they are giving ads in You tube also. Please dont belive this website by seeing ads in you tube. This is big fraud website.”
“It is a cheating company. We cancelled the order the very next day. They still have delivered some other useless product. I ordered jabra earbuds. They delivered, 300 rs wired earphones. And now they are not getting the product picked up. Called customer care atleast 15 times. They listen and just cut the phone. They lure the customers by selling a product much cheaper than Amazon and customers get fooled. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.”

“I purchased headphones from VLE Bazaar in March 2023 and as it was showing a long date for delivery I cancelled the order before it was shipped.Since then I made many complaints for my refund but they failed to give my money back. After waiting for around 9 I sent a legal notice which was delivered to them today i.e 8 Jan 24 and got a call from them where they apologized and processed my refund within few hours directly into my bank account via UPI. Will not buy anything from them again.

“Never ever buy any item from velbazar. I had a bad experience two weeks ago. I ordered three items and non of the items were the same brand I ordered.
All three items were of different brand. I ordered a branded 1.5 meter braided USB-C cable, but they sent me a 1 meter unbraied low quality cable. When asked for a replacement they said that they have sent a similar cable.
You will never get what you order, they will send you a similar one. The image shown on the website is of no use.”
“This is a fraud company. The order is still under processing after 15 days. When we try to contact them on phone, your call starts with a waiting number of 23 to 25 and once you reach 5 or 6 in the queue, the message comes that all are busy and call another time.
They are nor refunding the money nor sending the goods.

I have ordered WD My Passport Wireless Pro 1TB Portable External Hard Drive. My order ID is 2713785. The order was placed back on 17th December, 2023, yet there is no dispatch done as of date . Their customer service is horrible ... Never replied to the emails or the complaint tickets .. even after waiting for 30-40 minutes, if u get hold of their reps on phone, they are unable to give the exact status of my purchase... It is an pre-paid purchase... I think I have lost my 8599/-.. I wish I would have done better research before placing the order ... I am cancelling my order today and shall see if they refund my money or they are trying to scam me... Will share my experience of the refund in due course
