“One of the worst experiences in online shopping. Even team leader has no authority in this organization. I had ordered folding laptop table 0n 5th June. I did not get any response inspite of multiple phone calls and mails. Finally in one of the call, vle bazaar changed delivery status to priority on 16th Jun. Even after this change in delivery status, product was not delivered till 5th Jul. All the assurances given by vle bazaar were not met hence finally I called up credit card service provider and asked them to reverse my transaction. HDFC credit card team supported well and agreed to reverse transaction after providing all the proofs of this transaction. Smart guys will never ever order from this online shopping company.”

“First of all the delivery was way too late almost took 2.5 months to arrive . I ordered pendrives 16gb and 32 gb first of all they cancel my order in their own and initiated the refund process then one day i got mail that my product was shipped so it was delivered in 2 days after i got a mail. But the thing was that i got used 32 gb pendrives that too in a very bad packaging.. 16 gb was sealed band new package. As i have my business so i have to give them to my customers so packaging doesn’t matters to me i checked each and ever pendrives they were working thanks to god .. but i would not recommend to buy anything from them. Pay 10 rs more and have genuine products from amazon or flipkart”

I have a placed an order for 4 items worth 25k on 16 th june still I haven’t received an order it shows processing from the day one .I spoke to support team no professionalism ,Created. Ticket they don’t even care for anything finally am writing a review to make others alert I won’t leave this as this i have recorded audio’s etc etc they simply can’t hold my money for 10 days now for nothing

“Vle bazaar very Bad experience with this company I am Asutosh Barui and I was book a D-Link 819 750 MBPS Router on 29th May 2021 But this company help line first of all not connect try many times then if it connect then they ask order I'd as my order I'd 735007 and they first 7 day to 10 day I every day phone of customer care number this number representative only assurance that you get your product on time but after seven day they only say wait but when I passers to return then they take return request take on 7th June 2021 after passed day they start new game time talking game on 11th June they say we are take urgent return request but it's also pass way on 17th June 2021 again they say we take argent return request again I call then on same day at near by 5.30pm they say we return money but no up date to day 22nd June 2021 I still waiting for my hard core money.
I request no body pay this VLE Bazaar and not patches anything.”
“I have dealt with so many e-commerce platforms but have never had the horrible experience that I’ve had with vlebazaar.
They had supplied a used pair of Sennheiser headphones. Nobody answers their helpline nos and mails sent are in auto reply mode where they promise to contact you but never do. There ought to be an oversight & ban on sites like this. From the reviews that I have read there are any no of people who have been cheated.
Anyway, my bankers have reversed the changes pending a review.
