In November 2021, I Ordered PC speakers, January 2022 delivered wrong product, same day requested for return, almost a month later picked up the item. From then I called hundreds of times, mailed multiple times, till now amount not refunded top of that they are disconnecting the call after taking all details.”

“I had ordered a Samsung S 8 tab on 28 th March. They dud not ship it . Whenever I tried to call them on their helpline, I had to wait for very long tones. I raised several complaint tickets and everyone got the response that my order us being processed but not shipped.
Finally I asked them to cancel my order on 3/4/23. However there is no email from them on their official email stating the cancelation and initiation of refund.
They don't ship nor respond nor refund. It is a fraud company. I am shocked that this is happening in the Era of online shopping. I wonder who is the owner of this company
