Ordered a laptop for Rs. 50,000/- on January 2020. For 3 months, every time I called their customers care number, they said they are shipped it tomorrow. After 3 months I force them to cancel my order after they argued for over 2 hours and had these scammers had the audacity to schedule refund on January 2024, 4 years from the date of placing the order. I had to place a complain on "National Consumer Helpline" app and they were reluctantly forced to refund my payment in about 2 months.”

Product delivered to me but not working properly. Return request raised on same day on product received 15 days before but none of the delivery boy came to pick my product.
After 15 days they are replying and asking for the screen shot and tracking ID, but they have removed my tracking ID from my account which I am unable to view additionally they are removed my email address from their database to recover my tracking ID to login and reply to them.

“Viebazaar is totally a scam company. I had ordered a boat rockerz 510 headphones but I received a used type or refurbished defective 518 headphone. The package was so bad that it looked like someone used the product and that product got shipped to me. I have e mailed around 4 to 5 times without any solution. I want to warn those who want to waste their money , please don't ever deal with this company. It is totally a fake.”
