I ordered as new, not refurbished, but they sent me damanged, refurbished, heavily used product. When i raise a replace or return, no response. It is not just my case, go to youtube and read the comments, you will get to know 100s of the customers were cheated by this company. You wont see COD and customer reviews there which clearly indicates about them”
