“I ordered honor band5 on feb2 they delivered it very very lately I.e..on 27 Feb..and to my surprise the box they delivered is empty actual product is missing..I immediately e mail them details with pic..Initially they accepted their mistake and told me that they will send a fresh peice. But after follow up for more than 5 times they said that the product will reach me by 27 march..I waited till then..when I didnot got the product I again called them and ask the status of the product to be delivered to me..again with a new customer care executive I have to repeat the story..he after checking in his system told me that the product is delivered.after explaining the detail again the new executive told me to wait for another 2 days as he raised the complaint from his side..the same thing keep on repeating again and again with new customer care executive every time..they are not Intended to deliver the product nor to refund the amount.moreover when ever we call on their customer care number we have to wait atkeast 15 to 20 min or even more
in order to speak to their executive.

“चोर है ये कंपनी पेसे ले लेते है फिर भूल जाते है की किसने पेसे दिये और समान भी देना है। गूगल को चाहिए की एसी चोर कंपनी को गूगल से लाट मार के भगा दे । कितने लोगो का पेसा खाया है तुम्हें सबकी बददुआ लगेगी । अच्छा हुआ मेरा तो सिर्फ 200 रूपाय ही गए बाकी लोगो का तो पता नहीं कितना गया होगा। उन सभी भाइयो के लिए मुझे दिल से बुरा लग रहा है । सबका पेसा लूट गया इस लिए हम 2 मिनट का मौन धरण करेंगे और दिल से दुआ करेंगे की जल्दी ही ये कंपनी बंद होने की खबर मिले ।

“The only thing good about Vlebazaar is that their products are priced lowest in the market and thats how they engage you. Once you have bought stuff from them, you realise that it was one of your worst mistake...I bought an HP deskjet printer. Faced some issues in setup. Called HP helpline and to my surprise they said that this was an old printer and the warranty had expired. They could renew the warranty but for that I needed to submit the original invoice with the Sr. No. mentioned. I wrote to Vlebazaar for the invoice. No response. I wrote again. I get a response after 4 days with an invoice without the serial number. HP refused to update warranty. I wrote to Vlebazaar again. Waiting for a response. Its been 3 days. Still waiting.”

Refund process initiated on the 22nd Feb and upon following up till now the reply is -Problem with payment gateway and the refund will be processed soon.
