I have placed an order by paying the full amount on Jan 8 th 2024. I ve got a confirmation mail immediately but thereafter even after 20 days there is no communication from the site regarding the despatch. Whenever I call the customer support it ll make me to wait for 15 to 20 minutes stating that you are in queue and your waiting list number is 20. After such a long wait the customer care person will collect all the order and ID details and ask us to hold on the call for several minutes and then cut off the call without any update. Whenever you call again the same delaying tactics will be adopted and the same thing will be repeated. My mail regarding the refund is also ignored with no option for a reply.”
