“Order place on 3rd August for iron box order 2467379 id, supposed to be delivered by 5 days after calling customer care no they said warehouse shifting it takes another 5 days even after that nit able to deliver. Now when asked for cancel and refunded they say gateway problem, every time some excuse. Now they say it will be refunded on 8th October.
Never buy any thing from them they are cheater. You will not get product or money be careful 😞.”

Took around 1 month and didn't deliver the product nor refunded the amount yet.
Have reached out to the coustomer executive more than 20 times now and they are also incompetent,never resolved my problem.
I ordered a razor on 5th of August, they wrote on site that manufacturing delay might take time.. no exact time was mentioned, they didn't even informed that to me. After that I reached out to the coustomer executive, she said it will be done in sometime and I waited but nothing happened after that call also. Again I called them spoke to a guy and asked him to cancel my order which couldn't be done by myself from the App.
He heard everything and never done the cancellation.
Thereafter I called again after few days cause in the app it wasn't updated about the cancellation part.
Called them, have to wait in the call for 10min then asked the exicutive that what was this, my status is still same..That was not cancelled.
Asked him to cancel right away.
He cancelled and said will get the amount back in 24-48 hours..
Yesterday it has been 5 days, i did not receive my money.. called them again, waiting again and this time he is saying I'll get the amount till 9th Oct.
Imagine the trauma. They are taking 2-4 months to order and and refunding.
Will never ever buy anything from here.
