Sim arrived the very next day, but invoice followed two days later for full cost, but one quick chat and it was credited to account whilst still online.

Ordered broadband with Vodaphone but the delivery company (DPD) repeatedly failed to deliver the router so I was left without broadband for a few days. Vodaphone customer services were very good at getting it sorted. Only down side was that they insisted on using DPD to make the delivery so I ended up having to pick up the router from a store myself.
