"When I ordered in Voga closet for the first time, I ordered for a ladies loafer shoes size 3. They sent me a size 3 wide feet left shoe with a size 3 normal size right shoe! I returned right away and ordered a new one for the same item. Instead of sending me a leather one, they sent me a similar shoe in a cheap fabric material! They do not follow their own item codes! They have the stupidest and dumbest staff! I have never experienced this kind of hassle with other online stores like SHEIN no matter how many items I ordered. \r\nMy 2nd order was an open back square toe loafer from Warehouse and guess what? I received a cheap- looking flat sandals with studs all over! Totally different item that I cannot even find in their online store! This will be my final order and will tell my friends, family, and colleagues to stay away from this store!"
