“I recently broke my hand and needed to find a piece of equipment to help me continue to work. Voltage spent time with me finding the perfect automated espresso compressor to make the perfect shot. I felt listened to. Understood. We ordered what we needed and not only are we getting what we need, they upgraded the shipping so I could use it much sooner. This really helps our business. “Very easy process is not the first time buying From this company. I sent an email right after the purchase to change the shipping address; it was late, so I didn’t expect a response till the next day, but they responded to me right away with my change. All the process I did from my phone, including the payment method ( using Apple Pay, also they have PayPal and other options) which is really convenient for me and make me save a lot of time. Now just waiting for the delivery and hoping the grinder I ordered comes with no issue.”

“They had a product I was looking for at a good price which included free shipping. Product arrived timely. Their ordering system miscalculated the sales tax and after reporting via email they responded immediately with a refund. I would definitely do business with them again.”

“This was my first time ordering from Voltage. From calling in for clarification about an item, to ordering items, everything was awesome. After ordering I had a couple minor issues and they were handled flawlessly and promptly. Speaking with Matt was great. I will definitely order any new equipment from Voltage. “Ordered new baskets for our portafilters. I thought I might have ordered the wrong type since I have both a single and double portafilter. The baskets fit both! I found the price very reasonable and no hassle delivery was great. We haven't been able to use our Astoria machine since the baskets mysteriously went missing so my coworkers are ecstatic.”

“I've purchased from Voltage before and admire their customer service. Something odd happened with this order - it was "in stock" when I ordered, but after a week I reached out since I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They assured me it was shipping soon. 2 weeks later (admittedly over the holidays) and still no update. Finally I called to escalate and it was shipped that day. I still plan to order from Voltage in the future, but am deducting 1 star because of the unexplained 3-week delay and confusing messaging regarding this most recent order.”
