“I sent in a customer support ticket that has yet to be answered. Wouldn't recommend Voltage. Sends used equipment and customer service is non-existent. It is now June 6th and the Customer Service has outright refused to take emails and calls don't make it through. I'm not sure how anyone can shop with these guys? I'm sorry but this is absurd.”

We always aim to communicate well with our customers, such as notifying those who buy grinders that all grinders are tested with real coffee prior to being shipped out. “Ordered the Fiorenzato F64 Evo Pro SENSE on Thursday, received it yesterday (Monday) WOW, dang fast! Smooth process, no complaints. But I'm missing a piece! The metal stick that screws into the machine to adjust the grind size is missing. Please help!!! ISSUE RESOLVED AND DELIVERED WITHIN TWO DAYS. AWESOME WORK FROM THE VOLTAGE TEAM.”
