“They tried but do not carry the replacement filters. I called after 30 and 60 days. Took 90 for a refund. The initial order was great. It was the follow up orders that I gave up on ordering filters from this company.”

“Super friendly and accommodating to work with. They were out of stock on the original machine we had ordered, so offered us a discount on the step-up machine they had in stock. Quick & easy shipping (even to Alaska). We absolutely love our machine.”

“Love the Mazzer grinder. Unfortunately, the hopper was a bit tall for our needs. (I don't use it to store beans for grinding.) Voltage had a shorter hopper for a very good price. It was shipped quickly and expertly packed. A great site!”

“I had a basket that came with my machine but it could only hold 16 grams. I kept trying to cram more in it, but I wound up with leaks. So, I was glad to find this 18 gram basket at a reasonable price. I use it twice daily.”
