“Daylight robbery. Save yourself the agg and some money and just avoid. I ordered a large piece of furniture over a month ago and it never arrived. I've been emailing asking for a refund since (they dont have a phone) with no reply.

“Awful awful awful. Absolute scammers. Do yourselves a favour and do not buy from these theives!!! Ordered an electric radiator, next day delivery. Did not arrive. Contacted customer services only to hear an automated message using Covid-19 as an excuse for not having a telephone system in place (2 years since Covid-19 has been around, shocking companies still use it as an excuse to ignore customers). Anyway, managed to get a reply via email, stating that the radiator will be arriving on the 31st December...! No problem, I asked for my money back, only for a response to state that they cannot refund me! So now I cannot purchase another heater, before Christmas, and will have to deal with a cold Christmas due to spending my last money on this. Unbelievable. Companies like this disgust me. Especially at this time of year.”
