I ordered an ac part they shipped a plumbing part. It is 110 degrees today. I have wasted two days with customer support and have to pay for overnight shipments. I am out over $150 extra due to their poor performance. I Recommend any place other than here.

Final review may be lower than a three, I have been just notified that it has been delivered. The big question, where has it been delivered to?? It certainly has NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS… I’m calling again to find out where has it been delivered too.

The first order I placed never shipped, yesterday I spoke to 3 customers service reps (none could give me an update). This morning I received an email stating my order was canceled. I never requested for it to be canceled.

Website had the wrong price so rather than honor what was purchased even though the item was in stock they refunded.
