I've notified American Express of my actions and I hope you understand that I could not you the product on my waterheater.”

“Essential HVAC part was in stock and their quick shipment/delivery resulted in a much needed repair being facilitated without unnecessary delay. Customer service was outstanding in resolving a technical issue with their website quickly and efficiently upon notification of the glitch (not regarding any security concerns but simply a form based protocol). Keep up the great work! I would recommend them to other online shoppers & look forward to working with them again! Thank you!”
