“My reviews would much improve if I could get my parts on time. The worst part is that I can't get anyone to help with help for explaining which parts are which. I was on hold for one hour with no response. That not acceptable.”

“Just a comment regarding shipping. We need the part next day but only option was overnight air which we chose based on my wife’s conversation with a representative. We live 15 minutes away but paid the overnight air charge expecting that it will arrive tomorrow.”
