I loathe the forced registration of my name and email address that I can “Unsubscribe from “ at any time. You can bet I will do just that BECAUSE you forced me to give you my contact information. I also hate that I’m forced to give you a 10 character minimum message. On another day I might have sent you a message beginning with the letter “F”.

Your clerks do a good job, but the system they're working with is slow due to it's clumsy navigating. My shipping address had to be corrected three times by Jay, the order was placed with Jess who did her best to correct addresses.
