“The so-called Voom Deluxe carpet and Floor Cleaner is horrible. The company claimed hair would not get stuck in the roller, but it did and the machine ground to a halt. Also, it did not empty the accumulated dirt & debris at the push of a button as illustrated in the commercial. I had to physically remove the dirt and debris with my hand. Finally, the machine does NOT maneuver well on carpets. Very hard to handle on even a flat area rug like the one I have in my living room.”
“I should have read reviews prior to wasting my money. This works NOTHING like advertised. Motor is not 1200 RPM. Stops running if used on a thin, no pile runner on my floor. Does not pick up very well and does not pick up along baseboards. Has to charge for about 24 hrs prior to use. Don’t waste your money”
“I ordered Voom because i love this device. So i ordered direct on the Website. They told me UPS Delivery is extra charge (no problem for me because i love express). After days i got a message from UPS "cant be delivered because not allowed for private people in Cyprus". Ok i wrote Voom Support. They want to recall the package and refund. now 3-4 weeks Later, no resposnce to 3 Mails, no Refund.
Latest Call from me to them. They told me, they didnt have the parcel and i get the refund only after the parcel is back in their Warehouse. For me it sounds SCAM the Customer.”
“Terrible product. Very strong vape nicotine pods. They only come in 20mg strength, made in China. There’s no other option. The product makes you sick and they use an unsecured website. The whole product, marketing and customer service looks dodgy. Keep up with the competition or stay away.”
