“All of the products I used from the range are lovely. If I were to highlight one negative, it would be the fact that the nozzle/dispenser on the Voya handwash is finicky. It took me a while to open it and when it was in use, somebody opened it and I couldn’t get the nozzle to twist back in properly-not sure if it was the threads that were the issue, but I think the nozzle could be a bit stronger.”

“Excellent products, thank you. Hand cream is lovely but comes out of container a bit too easily so sometimes I get more than I need . My biggest difficulty in buying your products is how hard it is to read the information on the box in shops. There is too little contrast between type and backgrounds to know what is in the box so I often give up even if I have my very light reading glasses with me. I suggest this is a big issue for anyone over 50. Remember not all shops are well lit. Delivery was effective but my address was incorrect, number on it was 16 instead of 46. Thankfully the courier phoned me. I may comment again on the seaweed bath which I have yet to use and the body exfoliater in due course. Thank you for the two samples,serum is excellent and exfoliater good too”

“I have the men’s range. Love the products but the moisturisers container means lots of the product comes out to quickly sometimes and it is expensive. Would be interested in new containers for the means range.”

In regard to the packaging your items were sent in, we can confirm advise that the items included within the box containing your order are actually packaging chips which are made from corn starch and are 100% biodegradable. VOYA is completely passionate about the environment and always strive to ensure that we are doing our best in this regard. In general VOYA products are packaged using recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials and our packaging board is a special blend of FSC certified pulps using our own harvested seaweed. Any emissions generated during our manufacturing process are neutralized thanks to carbon credits acquired to finance activities that can absorb CO2 in the atmosphere. In this regard, VOYA works with the World Land Trust who are an international conservation charity that protects the world’s most biologically important and threatened habitats acre by acre. To date, we have helped protect over 6,098 m2 of world wildlife habitat by cutting carbon emissions. We appreciate you taking the time to correspond with us in this regard, as we are always happy to hear from our customers and appreciate the feedback which we keep on file for future reference. I hope this response has alleviated some of your concerns, please be assured that VOYA continues to actively research ways in which we can further reduce our impact on the environment as this is something we take incredibly seriously.

“Trying these products as a break from my usual products and so far my impression has been positive. My skin is hydrated and soft with the serum and moisture cream. Sadly I ordered the wrong facial scrub, so not the mega clean feeling of the one with granules in that I tried in Center Parcs.”
