“Hi. Il ove your products- my husband bought me a load of it last week for my birthday, but there are 2 things that I noticed so if you are looking for feedback I hope this is helpful and it’s certainly not a criticism! The only thing I would say is that the writing in the packaging is too small. I don’t have bad eyesight but have recently had to start wearing glasses for reading- I love the packaging but I can’t read what it says at all. I am holding the bottles that look similar up to the light to try to see if it’s conditioner or shampoo I am about to use. I feel connected to your brand but I would like if your emails had a ‘face’. I like a name on the bottom of an email. But that’s it guys - keep up the good work - love all you do and your company ethos ! You are a great ambassador for the Irish beauty market Lisa”

“Love the product and they way it leaves my hair looking and feeling really good. The only thing that I’m struggling with is that the conditioner isn’t getting the tangles out of my wild celtic hair. It’s really hard to work in and takes just too much time to comb it through without pulling my hair out with it. Adding more product didn’t help. Should it be like this?”

“Moisturiser ordered, good quality. Initially given to me as a gift and hence I ordered more. Only drawback is the price... I know you get what you pay for but I can similar moisturisers that are less expensive. Still a lovely product.”

“I usually appreciate the good service and superior products from Voya. I was disappointed during the 18% price reduction offer that although I tried to order two of my favourite diffusers & a gift bag, the system Would only allow me to order one. This meant paying postage for goods of less than £60, not nearly so good an offer! I didn’t see a note stating one only of any product at the reduced price? Regards Vivienne Grier”

“I was lucky to be introduced to your Feel the Heat gel at a cruise ship Spa (well before Covid). It helped with a sore knee. When I realised you were based in Ireland I was delighted as it meant replacing the gel was an option after all. It has a lovely texture, absorbs quickly and gives a comforting heat as well as the power of arnica. A lttle goes a long way too. Feel the Heat is now part of my medicine cupboard and I am delighted I found it.”

“Quick delivery, everything was easy except I was not able to use the discount code, there was no place online to insert it while completing the purchase. Also, I'd prefer to collect my beauty products from a collection point and at the moment you don't seem to be offering this option. I'm not happy for couriers to leave my stuff with neighbours, I've had problems before.”

We are sorry to hear that you were unable to apply your discount code, there is typically a field on the basket page of the checkout process where this code can be applied. You can still use this code against any subsequent order you place on voya.ie. In regard to the courier, on occasions they will deliver to an access point, but only when they are unable to make the delivery to the address noted on the order. However, if you were to place any future orders on voya.ie, we have a section where you can leave a customer note & you can ask that the courier deliver to the nearest access point, if you so wish. “I bought your hand cream because I was out somewhere where your products were in the bathroom and I couldn’t stop smelling my hands for the evening!! So I went straight home and ordered the ‘reparative hand cream’ and other products. However when it arrived it wasn’t the same scent. I thought it was me choosing the wrong scent, but when I went back to look, it doesn’t specify a scent, but the product itself says lavender and rosemary. I also got the ‘softly does its body lotion, which is lime and mandarin, which I think is the scent I was originally looking for. So what I wonder is why the scents aren’t specified on your website so you know in advance and could the hand cream be done in the same scent as the body lotion? Lovely products though.”

Therefore the Hand Cream we sell on voya.ie would be a different scent. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
