“I bought some soap and hand cream from the website as a gift for my mum for Christmas, it was purchased at the beginning of December, it is now the 7th January and it still hasn't arrived! I am told that courier couldn't find the house and it was returned, I find this hard to believe as address and postcode is perfect. Not good enough.”

“Excellent products, thank you. Hand cream is lovely but comes out of container a bit too easily so sometimes I get more than I need . My biggest difficulty in buying your products is how hard it is to read the information on the box in shops. There is too little contrast between type and backgrounds to know what is in the box so I often give up even if I have my very light reading glasses with me. I suggest this is a big issue for anyone over 50. Remember not all shops are well lit. Delivery was effective but my address was incorrect, number on it was 16 instead of 46. Thankfully the courier phoned me. I may comment again on the seaweed bath which I have yet to use and the body exfoliater in due course. Thank you for the two samples,serum is excellent and exfoliater good too”

“I would like to give Voya 5 out of 5 because the products are superb but have given a 4 rating because as of yet the company does not offer refills. Please get greener Voya, I loathe the waste.”

“I bought the soap and the shampoo. Both are well worth the price. The soap has a subtle clean smell and is wonderful even on my dry skin. The shampoo has a beautiful scent, natural and clean. It doesn’t need much and leaves the hair silky and soft. I also bought the hand cream which has a nice subtle perfume, is economical and great for dry skin. I would definitely recommend these products and look forward to trying the skin care .”

“I use Angelicus Seratus oil, straight from the shower on still damp skin. It dries quickly and leaves the skin feeling moisturised without using anything else. This is all I use and I’ve never tanned so well and even in winter my skin is never dry. I love it. I’ve been using this for years now.”

“I'm a relatively new convert to VOYA, having experienced a lovely spa treatment with the products in Ireland this year. Delivery of products is always fast and I really love what I've tried so far. The Palma rosa balm, ME Time Moisturise and cleansing milk have really made my skin clearer and more radiant. I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin which breaks out at the drop of a hat and also am very allergic to the sun, so it's always a challenge getting stuff that doesn't make me break out in the sunshine, too. Very happy with the VOYA range. Keep up the great work!”

“Very positive experience of ordering and receiving goods in a prompt manner. Website is easy to negotiate but sometimes I have issues with the website when I select a particular heading that I have clicked, it may not always appear immediately or I am brought somewhere else (could be my browser, not sure). Otherwise, excellent, keep up the good work. Just new to Voya products, having been introduced to them during a recent spa treatment in Connemara. Excellent products and I feel they are definitely doing good for my skin. I am also now introducing other family members to products via gifts! Great to support an Irish Company too.”
