“I was really pleased with my order of the lamp shade and throw good quality and arrived promptly. I placed another order on 4th April no 97360 and I am disappointed it still hasn't arrived.”

“Lovely fabric at an excellent price (though postage cost high). Arrived quickly. Sorry to say that the fabric was seriously overpackaged. I can understand that, say, you'd want to have 20m of curtain fabric on a roll. 3m of dress fabric does not need to be on a roll with two layers of plastic covering - best to unroll and send as a flat package. Doesn't detract from the quality of the fabric though!”

“I was very impressed with the speed of my delivery. Unfortunately the lamps were too big for my bedside tables so I had to return them. I enquired as to whether I could just keep the shades but was told I needed to return everything. It cost me nearly £15 to return the lamps and over 2 weeks layer I hadn't received the refund eventhough my items had been received back at the warehouse. I have to say I'm disappointed with the return process and eventhough I would like to reorder the lampshades I will not be doing so incase I may need to return them”
