“Quality brilliant,but when you can't for fill all of an order, you should let customer know and not expect them to ask for money back. This is something you should do automatically, I sent 5 emails before receiving my money”

“Excellent quality products at good prices in outlet. Have ordered 3 times. Purchases include floor lamp cushions, foot stool, lampshade and wallpaper. Have to stop myself from constantly scrolling through their pages!”

“Very pleased with the quality of the fabric I ordered. The photos on the website were an excellent match for the actual fabric. The fabric was very well packaged and it arrived very quickly, within a couple of days. Full marks for a very smooth transaction from start to finish for good quality, attractive fabric at a very good price.”

“I had seen the Gaia mirror online at the Voyage Outlet then in a local garden centre. Looked even better in person so ordered from outlet. Quick and easy to do, I saved over £300 buying from the outlet.”

“My purchases were absolutely rubbish. Corroded and damaged. I wrote an email to you immediately my order arrived expressing my disappointment. I got no response. I paid £6 delivery for goods only suitable for the bin. Didn't feel I wanted to waste more money and my time returning items. So in the bin they went. Lesson learned and never again.”

Unfortunately, we have never received an email from you regarding your order. if you can resend the email to voyageoutlet@voyfab.co.uk, we will look in to this as a matter of urgency. Alternatively if you can call us on 0141 641 1700, we will be happy to discuss this further with you. If your items were faulty, upon receiving picture proof, we would have either replaced these for you or refunded you in full including your carriage so its a shame that we didn't have a conversation about this before you disposed of them.
