“Beautiful looking online products but customer service and delivery a shambles. I ordered 2 table lamps with shades, one I returned due to unstable base so unfit for purpose, the other never turned up! Still don't what happened to it and all this took over 4 weeks of e-mails and telephone calls and waiting..... Very disappointing, will not make any more purchases.”
